Young key populations (YKPs) continue to face deep inequities in HIV and SRHR, with marginalised young people disproportionately affected by new infections, limited access to services, and persistent stigma and criminalisation. To better understand their priorities in a shifting, often volatile, funding and policy landscape, Y+ Global, through the Love Alliance, conducted a survey with youth-led and youth-serving organisations across 13 countries. This resource shares key insights from those findings, highlighting the challenges and aspirations shaping YKP-led advocacy today.
